"An isolated destination, Lake Ballard struck as being lonely but metal figures spread around the lake represented the local inhabitants of the community, so in a way as we made our way around the lake it was very uplifting. The figures reflected the stoic nature of those who live out there and the colours changed in the short time we were there, about as outback as you can get." J.R.
