Purchasing Policy:
On purchasing your artwork a confirmation email will be sent. Belinda Eldridge Art will post the artwork within 1 - 4 weeks of the order being placed. When your artwork has been posted you will be sent a notification of shipping that includes delivery tracking if applicable.
Payments;
All third party payments are processed through eCommerce Payment Processors, Stripe and PayPal, and is subject to the third party's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Customer Complaints; Any problems or discrepancies with your order are to be emailed within 5 days of receipt of your delivery to belindaeldridgeart@gmail.com

Returns accepted within 7 Days Refund is given as Money Back or Gift Voucher 25% of portrait payment is non-refundable Return postage paid by Buyer I only accept returns on original art if the item arrives damaged
Kids Art Session Cancelation Policy:
2 weeks notice must be provided, where you may reschedule the session to another date (if available). Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee.
