We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, as all of our artworks are unique or custom-created, returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

Original Artworks: We do not accept returns or exchanges on original paintings unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Commission Paintings: Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned paintings, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we encourage open communication throughout the creation process to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision. If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
