However, we encourage open communication throughout the creation process to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision. If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

    • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
